Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your payment is confirmed, our team will prepare your package and hand it over to our shipping partner. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Orders US$38.99 and above: Free Standard Shipping
(No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout for eligible orders)

Carmelie proudly offers worldwide shipping to most countries and regions, including:
United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, New Zealand, and many more.
Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times due to local carrier schedules.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. For international orders, tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support at service@carmelie.net
